Full Family

During the upgrade process for Spotify Premium if you get this error message you will need to reset your key in our discord.

You need to live at the same address

During the upgrade process for Spotify Premium if have selected a country that you don't live in this is the error message you will get. To get past this error what you will need to do is:

1. Connect to a VPN (free) and connect to the country that matches your upgrade information.

2. Login to your Spotify account and update the country/region for your account.

3. Accept the family invite link again.

4. Once your premium is activated, you may now disconnect from the VPN and use your Spotify account as per normal.

Your addresses didn't match

During the upgrade process for Spotify Premium make sure you are using the supplied address when upgrading. If you have confirmed that you are using the correct address, you will need to contact support at our discord.

Your key is still active, therefore it cannot be reset!

During the key reset process if you get this error message this means that your account still has Spotify Premium.
