What happens after I am accepted?
First of all,you will be given the "Trial Staff" role.That will allow you to see and interact in tickets,allow you to mute certain members that send inappropriate messages or violate our server's TOS,and allow you to access multiple channels used exclusively by our team. You are in a probation period.For the next few days(might be weeks or longer) we will watch how you handle the customers who want to purchase or need assistance with their product. Don't worry,we will prepare you for most of the scenarios that you are likely to face. If we observe that you handle interactions effectively during the probation period, demonstrating your capability and dedication, you will be promoted to the "Staff" role. This will be a more powerful role,but with it more responsability will come.You will be required to do more work,provide accurate and efficient solutions when needed and be available when we need you. The highest attainable position beyond "Staff"is the role of Moderator. While generally requiring a longer tenure within the team, there are no strict criteria for becoming a Moderator, as it is based on individual merit and dedication. In conclusion,the better your performance,the higher your chances of achieving the desired promotion.
